Mohsen Mohebi
PARTNER
Dr. Mohebi is a well-known figure in commercial law and international arbitration. He has both practical and academic experience in these areas. For years, he has been a member of the ICC International Court of Arbitration and since 2018, he has been an honorary member of the same court. Also, a member of PCA.
He is an Iranian lawyer with expertise in the field of banking, finance, gas and oil, and international contracts, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, franchising and distribution. He has advised local, national and international companies operating in the above mentioned sectors.
Hosein Mohebi

Hosein is the director of the IHL and is located in The Hague.
He spent his entire career in the dispute resolution realm orginising and participating in multilingual proceedings, conferences, and promotional events.
His area of expertise is international contracts and agreements, and he is experienced in evidence management, procedural standards, practice cohesion and policy compliance.
Parastou Esmailzadeh Mollabashi
SENIOR ASSOCIATE
Parastou Is our senior associate in IHL. She holds a Masters of international law and a PhD in public international law from Allame Tabatabyi University in Tehran.
She is an Attorney at Law at Iranian Central Bar Association and lectured many courses at universities such as Islamic Azad and Allame Tabatabyi.
Her area of expertise is cyber law and copyright.
Mehraveh Shahbazinia
ASSOCIATE
Mehraveh is a junior associate at IHL who is keenly interested in exploring alternative dispute resolution methods such as Arbitration and Mediation.
She graduated from Allameh Tabatab’i University and gained valuable experience as a legal expert and assistant in well-known arbitral institutions such as ACIC and TRAC.
She is an LLM student in European and International Business Law at the University of Vienna.
